The theory of overflow (Emanation) and sudur plays an important role in the context of explaining the existence, attributes and actions of God and establishing the connection of the universe with God. However, besides the issues that the theory has resolved, there are other contradictory philosophical and theological deep approaches, theories, concepts, and problems. For example, the theory of sudur has been opposed, because of constricting God's power and limiting his will. One of the critics of the theory of sudur adopted by philosophy is Abu'l-Berekt al-Baghdadi. He considered this theory separately from religious and philosophical points of view.The main objectives of this study are:to explain the sudur issue as a theory and concept based on the philosophy system and the Abu'l-Berekt al-Baghdadi approach- To examine the inspiration of beings and the phenomenon of creation in the context of the theory of sudur.- To investigate the metaphysical bases of the theory of sudur. To question the understanding of God that sudur has adopted. To discuss the compatibility of the understanding of the strong God or the necessary God with sudur. As it is known, in accordance with the necessity approach, all of the beings from the first malady are necessarily and definitively inspired.- According to the philosophical understanding of Abu'l-Berekt al-Baghdadi, a connection will be established between the concept of generosity and the phenomenon of creation, and the existence of objects will be explained.- Moreover, analysis of creative activity closely related to multiple wills will be made. The connection of the concept of creation with the past and the future will be reviewed. While continuing to protect the genera and species, their relationship to ever-changing and emerging ones will be analyzed.- Finally, Abu'l-Berekt al-Baghdadi's peculiar mind and the meaning of this mind's relationship with creation and sudur will be explained. In addition, the logical methods and evidences followed by Abu'l-Berekt al-Baghdadi while criticizing other philosophers will be discussed.
