Abstract

The Maliki school in western Sudan had a great role in reforming Sudanese society, and thanks were due to the Maliki jurists who made an active contribution to educating society and eliminating class and racism that prevailed at the time. The Maliki jurists were providing advice to rulers and ruled alike, and they removed differences Class among the people based on the color and gender of a person and later became based on piety and faith,And that the change in society not only included the free people, but also included slaves by liberating them from slavery through Islam, for example, those people who deliberately strike their servant to release them, and also that the efficiency of intercourse in Ramadan is freeing a neck, and perjury in the right is his penance freeing slaves and other forms of liberating slaves It is the event of phenomena.
