It could be said that sociology passed many scientific stages implying the social aspects, for instance, it was ideological, by the aggravation of the cold war occurred between the west and socialist camps, to conciliatory direction with the beginning of the closeness between them at the early seventies. The social signs could be represented by the sociology of epistemology which has a third feature of being a research method. We can find the idea of sociology became clear in the sociology of the scientific epistemology so, taking care of science appeared throughout the institutional support as has been shown by Robert Mirton in his research and this what the research tried to deal with beside a practical study on social scientific epistemology of Ibn Saed Al-Andalusi in his book taloagat Al-Omem (classes of nations).
