Abstract

Joseph Conrad was one of the greatest novelists of English Literature (Frederick R. Karl (2018), Victory was a novel which was released after a long gap of his previous novel the secret agent. This has been appreciated by the critics, teachers and general readers of the contemporary times of Joseph Conrad . The novel was basically about a morally sensitive individual who was thrown into the corrupted world. The author described his character as the destroyer systems of hopes, of beliefs . In this research we will talk about the most important themes in this novel. The significance of the proposed study was to reveal the dominant themes of Joseph Conrad Victory novel. Anyway, this work was expected to contribute to the studies in the English literature field. However, It was hoped to be of interest and value to researchers, university studies and those who were concerned with literary studies.
