The world of arguments and persuasion continues in the phenomenon of human speech. If we look closer into this phenomenon, one can see that most of our statements seek to influence the receiver in order to persuade him and change his mind and/or behaviour. The Maqamah of Poets by Zarqustiis well distinguished from all other fiftyMaqamat by its intensified technique that fits the art of the text, as well as the critical views of the poets, starting fromImru Al-Qais, and ending with Mihyar Al-Dulaymi. Thats why it was inventible to examine carefully his evidence and the arguments that are made by rhymed words as required by the technique of Maqamah. On this basis, this study was divided into three axes and they are:in the arguments and in the Maqamat;ready arguments; andNon-ready arguments.
