Job Embeddedness in sports directorates in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq from the point of view of their staff
Abstract
The research aims to:
- Constructing a Scale for job Embeddedness in the sports directorates in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.
- Identify the level of job Embeddedness in the sports directorates in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq from the point of view of their cadres.
The researchers used the descriptive approach in their survey method and correlational relationships, the research community included (204) employees from the cadres of the departments affiliated with the sports directorates, which numbered (4) directorates distributed over (3) governorates and affiliated to the (General Directorate of Sports in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq), the survey, construction, and application samples were chosen randomly, with (4, 120, and 80) employees, respectively. To collect the information, the researchers built a questionnaire to measure the level of job Embeddedness in the sports directorates in Iraqi Kurdistan, the researchers applied it after the availability of the scientific conditions in it, and the data were processed statistically. The researchers drew several conclusions, including:
- The effectiveness of the job Embeddedness questionnaire in the sports directorates in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq was verified from the point of view of their cadres after reaching its preparation according to scientific procedures.
- The sports directorates in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq have a medium level of job Embeddedness from the point of view of their cadres.
