The use of song in the service of oral comprehension in class of French as a foreign language, case of second year students
Abstract
Listening comprehension is one of the most important skills in a FLE class. This present study is based on the need to use the song as an effective non-traditional teaching aid in an oral comprehension session in order to motivate the learner and at the same time develop the oral competence at home. So, the use of the song in a class of the FLE has eminent advantages among which the richness of the vocabulary, facilitates it to the access to the meaning, also, it creates at the same time an atmosphere so alive and interesting as any other text in class.
