The present paper deals with the extent the person ality is reflected in the poetry of Ibn Darraj ul Qastaly (died 421 A.H) , What it adds to his literary and poets experience ,The meaning of personality in his texts whether he coned draw a true picture of the characters he dealt with in this respect , And whether he succeeded to un cover the hidden psychological aspects of these characters . Au this was the reason behind this paper , Which has receiver a great attention lately in the literary study even though the poetry of Andalusia remains in need of such deep analytical studies ,We opted for studying the types of characters in the poetry of Ibn Darraj ul Qastaly who was on of most famous poets of Andalusia whose poetry is rich with characterization of both human and non human characters and putting them in a frame representing their respective roles .
