This research deals with a very important topic, which is job satisfaction with a segment of workers who exercise their role in economic development at the Badoush Cement Production Factory in Nineveh, where the research aims to identify the effect of individual differences in job satisfaction as well as workers' satisfaction with their work conditions and the associated social consistency With it, we have relied on measuring workers' satisfaction with their work on the discretionary method by asking workers about their feelings towards the various aspects of work as it is a good method for identifying detailed data that allows identifying aspects of job satisfaction and dissatisfaction with it, and prepared a tool for that that included (36) paragraphs With several axes, a sample was applied that consisted of (2) workers from Badoush cement factory.The research has reached the achievement of some of its hypotheses, the most important of which are: The workers are satisfied with the conditions and social harmony prevailing in the Badoush factory.
