The human society faces different problems that differs from one society to the other according to the differences of these societies and their systems. The problems of the working force are considered one of the most important problems which attracted the attention of the researchers in the fields of economy, development and demography because of its strong relation in the nature of the social life and its effecting discharges in the society. We can notice that the planners of the development process in the society which it is classified as the producing group by them . In the safe or good situations of the society this group is considered the society with economic produces. The size of this group differs according to the nature and the structure of the society demographically. Some times its average high or comes down so it has its own dimensions. Studying this group is very important namely what this group suffers from problems that will be a reason in hindering its producing work and its vital powers. This research contains , besides the introduction, three sections, the results and the recommendations, the first section implies( the methodological frame ) containing : the (problem of the research, its objective , its notions and its methodology ).
