This paper aims at shedding light on the parallel of Contrast in Some Ayat which Contain the Styles of fonding and Fear in AL-Nisaa Sura and its effect in showing the aesthetic of these two styles in the Sura. The parallel of the structure of contrast is regarded as on of the most important techniques in analyzing texts specially the Quranic .It is connected with the styles of Fonding and Fear which are regarded as the most important means in Islamic Dawa. They represent an outstanding phenomenon in the holly Quran in general and in Al-Nisaa Sura in specific . This parallel of contrast depends on the stylistic contrast between the Ayat which have the styles of Fonding and Fear in contrastive style and include ;Fonding in Faith and threatening of blasphemy, and disobeyness and Fonding
