The research aims to identify the types of Arabic and foreign dictionaries available on the internet in their electronic versions , how to access and use then , and the possibility of accessing all the vocabularies sought . The study covered a stratified random sample composed of seven foreign and Arabic dictionaries . The study follows the descriptive method and concluded the ease of browsing the electronic versions and looking for vocabularies sought which save time and efforts of the researcher who look for vocabularies in print version . The study recommends to guid researchers to use the electronic references in general and the electronic dictionaries in particular which save time and efforts spent in using the print versions .
