Badeyat thethe poet Yousif Abdulla Al-Emari is one in connected chain of this kind of poems which appeared in Arab country generally, and Mosuli society especially. The poet shows his ability in praising the prophet (BPUH) by using rhetorical Arts in the same time through taking benefits from the Glorious Quran, prophetic tradition, Arabs poetries and their heritage and others. This shows clearly the abilities of those poets in taking the priority in language and literature in that era. So this case make us studying and checking this poem according to the poem's era that characterized with easiness, the clarity of meaning and making use of rhetorical merits
