Abstract

This research sheds light on Karen Armstrong, the pioneer of contemporary British Orientalism and her writings on the Islamic East, in terms of religion, history and civilization
The researcher presents a model of a Western thinker, and introduces equitable efforts in the study of Islam, through the analysis of the works completed by the thinker (Karen Armstrong), which made a great change in the course of academic research.
Karen Armstrong is a thinker, philosopher, and one of the famous researchers in the field of comparative religions. The three (Judaism, Christianity, and Islam) religions discuss the common denominators of these beliefs, as well as what affects them in the history of the world and is directed towards convergence.
