Audiovisual Programs as a Strategy for Developing the Skill of Written Expression in the French Language Class, as a Foreign Language
Abstract
Audio-visual programs are essential to develop the competence of written production in students in a FLE class during the hearing and watching radio or television programs. We will choose a number of audio-visual programs, present them and expose them to the students to find out their comprehension ability, and then, how they could develop their writing skills. In each program, we will adopt a didactic aspect by asking questions of different levels to the students of the second, third and fourth year. The purpose of this study is to know the role of audio-visual programs to develop the competence of written production among students in a class of FLE in the French department.
