Caution in the context of the hadiths of encouragement in Sahih al-Bukhari T (256 AH)
Abstract
Precaution is an art of rhetoric and one of the branches of expatiation that the people of this art have listed under the section of meanings. With it the intention of the speaker is fulfilled, and on him the listener depends, and for him the mind refuses to fall into delusion. And since the Islamic legislation addressed by those charged lacks accuracy and liberation of speech from the bonds of unintended possibility in the speech, we find evidences of this in the two original legislations, the Holy Quran, and the Prophets Sunnah before the eyes of researchers and connoisseurs of its sweetness. And when there was a lot of researches in the Holy Quran, the need arose to address this issue in the hands of the Prophets Sunnah. This is due to the scarcity of researches in the noble hadith. So we chose the most correct book after the Book of God, which is the authenticity of Imam Al-Bukhari - may God Almighty have mercy on him - and for the nation's unanimous agreement on the validity of his hadiths and their scholars accepting him. Where the research plan required that two papers be located on the most participatory objective approach, The first topic: Precautionin the context of incitement to paradise, in which three examples of the hadiths that include Precautionwere dealt with, and the second topic: Precaution in the context of enticement with reward and rent, and also three hadiths containing the meaning of precaution were delt with it.
