It is known to scholars that speech systems are only a sensory image embodied by abstract psychological meanings in the speakers soul, and the theory of systems in its cognitive reality came to explain the impact of psychological meanings on speech systems and the arrangement of their elements. From that definition and denial as they are two topics from the investigations of semantics in Arabic rhetoric. Linguists, after extrapolating the Arabic language, devised the means of definition in Arabic, which are six, and they put a definition of knowledge and a definition of the indefinite, and they came up with rules that control the use of knowledge and negatives in the meanings of Arabic. The denunciation in the event of its transmission represents one aspect of the rhetorical compatibility in speech, and in the Quranic expression. It has another matter that is not comparable to any other matter. This research aims at showing the effect of definition and denial on the compatibility of the miraculous Quranic text in the Has Heard part, by analysing models of these two methods in the part in question.
