Pedagogic Translation in the FFL class Case of Department of French Language/ University of Salahaddin
Abstract
The research showed the subject of translation as an element of language teaching. We have done research to prove the pedagogical you of this course in the cousin of the French Department / Salahaddin University. The teachers who develop the translation course do not have sufficient knowledge and qualifications for teaching translation. This results in a failure because we do not know exactly whether the translation has the object of linguistic or transitive knowledge. According to the importance that the Department attaches to the other courses of the Department. We can say that the translation course is less important than other course subjects and is counted in the minds of teachers and learners as a secondary course. This encouraged us to conduct this research to prove the importance of the translation domain. To show the critical role of the translation course in the language teaching/learning process, new ways have emerged to develop this course to teach language and increase linguistics abilities among learners.
