Abstract

China still faces complex external challenges in the present time and in the future; so we must strengthen our military relations abroad to raise the level of military cooperation, expand the areas of international military cooperation, continue reforms in some areas to stimulate the vitality of military diplomacy, launch military diplomacy with Chinese characteristics, and use this to protect state sovereignty and security of the homeland and maintain reconciliation.Accordingly, the Chinese determinants in the Middle East region lie in the security and military field, in cooperation with the countries of the region in their need for advanced military technology, the development of Arab-Chinese military cooperation, support for military manufacturing and the joint manufacture of weapons and spare parts to benefit from the Arab market to sell its products, within the framework of mutual relations.
