Balancing is one of the mechanisms of comparison and superlative between poets, and accordingly. This study emerged called (Balancing between Zuhair bin abi salma and Al-Asha from a verbal perspective- the column of poetry as a critical criterion) to balance between two pre- islamic poets (Zuhair bin abi salma) and (Al-asha), represent the first of the poets of narrative or poetic skillfulness. As for the second, he represented the talented poets by adopting the study on the poetry column as a critical criterion from the verbal side. On this basis, the research was divided into three paragraphs: the abundance and integrity of the pronunciation, the sameness of the pronunciation for the meaning and the severity of their relevance to the rhyme. So that there is no conflict between them and the fusion of the parts of the systems and their fusion to choose from the delighted metrics, and that is after theorizing about it and what was mentioned about it by the old critics and their differing opinions about the quality and poor quality of poetry, and accordingly the balance was conducted by bringing poetic evidence of poets and balancing Between them on the basis of these aforementioned pillars and to show the characteristics of narration according to Zuhair and the characteristics of talent and mastery with Al-Asha, which the study took the tasteful and scientific character together, because the process is literary criticism.
