The scholars of the Quranic readings took great care of the Quranic readings because of its relation to the Quran in terms of its performance and recitation. They had prominent fingerprints in this field and important aspects of the reading lesson (the rulings of non-static and discourses) because they have a prominent presence in the Quran and in the books of the people of reading and its arguments and statement. This prompted us to provide the explanation of those provisions in a voice explanation, starting from the previous scientists decided to make use of what the scholars mentioned.
