Abstract
Scouts have been known since ancient times and may be as old as published writings and they were present in all written languages. It was an intense interest in people in the eighteenth century that a member of the British Parliament submitted a request to the British government to pass legislation prohibiting the publication of any book that does not contain a scout. Today, the searchlights occupy a prominent position in media and scientific work, given the great role they play in controlling information that is never flowing tremendously in various disciplines and in various fields of life.
