Principles of what should be taken into account in interpretation Between Al-Zarkashi and Al-Suyuti
Abstract
Al-Zarkashi in his book (Al-Burhan fi Ulum Al-Quran) and Al-Suyuti in his book (Al-Itqan fi Ulum Al-Quran) were concerned with the grammatical principles of interpretation and their applications among commentators, and these principles varied among them. Some of them were related to what the interpreter should take into account, and some were related to what the interpreter should take into account. The interpreter should avoid it, in addition to other principles. In this chapter, we discuss the principles of what should be taken into account in interpretation. Al-Zarkashi and Al-Suyuti mentioned several grammatical principles related to what the interpreter should take into account when interpreting the Holy Quran so that his interpretation is acceptable and in accordance with the controls of interpretation. Al-Suyuti - as it seems - transmitted this principle from Al-Zarkashi, but he did not transmit it in his text. Rather, there was a difference between them in the place of mentioning it, in presenting it, and commenting on it, and they did not mention this principle as a direct application of it, but rather they branched out from this principle other principles and cited an application of them. As in the assets that come successively.
