Social security is considered a continuous attempt to rehabilitate a group of citizens who have lost a part of their physical and mental abilities and in turn have lost their professional capabilities and in such a way that requires helping them to regain a part of these abilites and skills and directing them towards works and projects This helps them in remerging in soceity so as not to feel a type of ostracism. Added to that, we can make use of their abilities and contribution in social production. It is note worthy that in Iraq there are many of those who need the support of the social security organizations. As such we have found it quite appropriate to suggest such a project, namely: Mobile Social Service Project, for the sake of attracting the attention of those in authority and decision makers to implement it in Mosul to provide service to some groups who are classified within those in need of special social security hoping that will be a first step to set out a new and wider avenues.
