Abstract

The research aims to find out (the effect of the recruitment strategy on second-year students studying the Holy Quran and Islamic education who prefer the future).For the purpose of the research, the researcher chose experimental approaches, to crystallize the current research of (60) students from the classical second year (2023-2024) who were distributed into two symbolic and control groups that were equal in variations (the planned age in months, to predict intelligence, and the students grades in the subjects) The Quran. The researcher prepared Datin. The first was a test for obtaining the subject of the Holy Quran and Islamic education of an advantageous and multiple-matching type consisting of (30) items, and the validity was verified. It is apparent and true that the content was presented to a group of specialists, proposed scientific proposals, and the practice of its paragraphs. Its proof was calculated using the Kuder-Richardson equation and its proof trade-off (0.803), which is a good proof trade-off.
