متطلبات تحضير طلب النشر

كجزء من عملية تقديم طلب النشر، على المؤلفين التأكد من كون طلباتهم مستوفية لجميع الفقرات الآتية، وعليه، فقد تُرد الطلبات التي لا تلبي تلك الضوابط.

  • هذا المؤلَّف لم يسبق له النشر، ولم يُعرض على مجلة علمية أخرى للنظر فيه (أو هناك توضيح بشأن هذا الأمر مقدم إلى هيئة التحرير في خانة التعليقات).
  • ملف التقديم هو بإحدى الصيغ الآتية: OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, WordPerfect.
  • حيثما تطلب الأمر، أضيفت روابط للمراجع المستعملة في المؤلَّف (الروابط هي وصلات إلى العناوين على الشبكة العنكبوتية).
  • فقرات النص ذات تباعد مفرد للأسطر، بحجم خط (12) نقطة، تم فيه استعمال الخط المائل بدلاً عن الخط التحتاني (باستثناء عناوين الروابط)، وجميع الرسوم والأشكال والجداول متوضعة ضمن النص المتعلق بها عوضاً عن تجميعها في نهاية الملف.
  • إن نص المؤلَّف مقيد بالمتطلبات النمطية والأسلوبية الواردة في دليل المؤلِّف، الموجود في النص التعريفي بالمجلة ضمن هذا الموقع.

إرشادات المؤلف

Authors are invited to submit original research papers that have not been previously published or submitted to another journal. The following guidelines must be followed:

  1. Language of Submission
    Submissions are accepted in Arabic and English. Authors must indicate the language of their manuscript during submission.

  2. File Format
    Manuscripts must be submitted in Microsoft Word (.docx) format. PDF files are not accepted.

  3. Manuscript Length
    The full manuscript should not exceed 16 pages (B5 size), including tables, figures, and references.

  4. Formatting Style

    • Font: Sakkal Majalla

    • Font Size: 13

    • Line Spacing: Single

    • Title and author information must appear in both Arabic and English on the first page.

    • Do not use underlining; use italics where needed.

  5. Manuscript Structure

    Authors may follow one of the following manuscript structures, depending on the language of submission and the academic tradition they follow:

    A. For Arabic-language submissions (commonly used in Iraqi and Arab academic institutions):

    • Title (in Arabic and English)

    • Author(s): Full name(s), institutional affiliation, email address, and ORCID iD

    • Abstract (up to 250 words, in both Arabic and English)

    • Keywords (3–6 terms, in both Arabic and English)

    • Methodological Framework

    • Theoretical Framework

    • Research Procedures

    • Results and Discussion

    • Conclusions

    • References (formatted in APA style; Arabic sources must be translated into English)

    B. For English-language submissions (based on international academic conventions):

    • Title

    • Author(s): Full name(s), institutional affiliation, email address, and ORCID iD

    • Abstract (up to 250 words)

    • Keywords (3–6 terms)

    • Introduction

    • Literature Review / Conceptual Background

    • Methodology

    • Analysis and Interpretation

    • Conclusion

    • References (APA style)

    Authors are encouraged to choose the structure that best fits their academic tradition and to ensure clarity, coherence, and consistency throughout their manuscript.

  6. References

    • All references must follow APA (American Psychological Association) style.

    • Arabic references must be translated into English for indexing purposes.

    • References must be formatted using a hanging indent (1 cm) with single spacing.

    • Only English references are accepted in the final reference list.

  7. Figures and Tables

    • All figures, images, charts, and tables must be inserted within the text at appropriate locations.

    • They must be of high resolution and must include source information.

  8. Ethics and Plagiarism

    • All submissions will be checked for plagiarism using Turnitin.

    • Authors must follow ethical publishing standards and declare any conflicts of interest.

  9. Publication Fees

    • Authors from Iraq: 125,000 IQD

    • Authors from outside Iraq: 100 USD

Authors who publish with Fnon Al-Rafidayn Journal agree to the following terms:

  1. Authors retain the copyright of their work.

  2. Authors grant Fnon Al-Rafidayn Journal the right of first publication, and the work will be licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This license allows others to share, copy, redistribute, remix, transform, and build upon the work for any purpose, even commercially, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original authors and the journal as the place of original publication.

  3. The authors declare that the submitted manuscript is original, has not been previously published, and is not under consideration elsewhere.

  4. The authors confirm that the manuscript does not contain any unlawful, defamatory, or plagiarized content and that all necessary permissions for copyrighted materials have been obtained.

  5. Fnon Al-Rafidayn Journal is permitted to archive, index, distribute, and make the work publicly available in print, digital, and online formats through various platforms and repositories.
