Abstract

A new complexes of Mn(II),Fe(II),Co(II),Ni(II) and Cu(II) are synthesized with a new tetradentate ligand (1,3,7,9-tetraaza-4,6,10,12-tetraoxo-2,8-dithiacyclo-dodecane) LI, (5,11-dimethyl-!,3,7,9-tetra aza-4,6,10)12-tetraoxo-2,8-dithiacyc!o-dodecane) L2,(5,6,12,13-tetra hydroxy-l, 3s 8,10-tetraaza-4?7,ll,14-tetraoxo-2,9-dithiacyclotetradecane) L3 and characterized by microanalysis (N and M),molar conductance measurments, magnatic susceptibility measurments, IR, electronic spectral studies.
