Abstract

The effect of combined exercises (balance - strength) on some physical and skill variables of young soccer players for Al Sokaer Forum. The study aims to examine the effect of integrated exercises on various physical and skill-related variables among young football players. The researcher employed the experimental method due to its suitability for the nature of the study. The experiment was conducted on a sample of 20 football players from the Al-Sukkar Sports Forum for the 20232024 season. The participants were deliberately selected and randomly divided into two groups: an experimental group and a control group, with 10 players in each. Homogeneity was ensured in variables such as age, height, body mass, and training age, while equivalence between the two groups was established in physical and skill-related attributes. For statistical analysis, the researcher utilized measures such as the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, skewness coefficient, paired t-test, and independent t-test. The results indicated that the integrated exercises (balance and strength) performed by the experimental group led to significant improvements in all physical and skill-related attributes. Moreover, the experimental group that practiced the integrated exercises (balance and strength) demonstrated greater improvement compared to the control group across all measured variables
