The legal organization of the rights of the employer and his commitments on the worker's inventions- a comparative study
Abstract
The intellectual effort expended by the worker who employed his mental and physical capacity in the scientific research interested in the development of scientific innovative and practical invention leaves on it his mark as an inventor, achieving interest to the general public cannot take away by the employer simply in acquisition of that scientific practical effort, so both Iraqi and Egyptian lawmakers select and systems bases to involve the employer in some of those inventions if those conditions have been achieved ,and at the same time the authority of the employer on the worker invention have been organized in legal form .
