الملخص
ان التقدم الذی شهده العالم فی الآونة الاخیرة سواء فی مجال التجارة الدولیة او التجارة الداخلیة وما صاحبه من تطور فی سرعة ابرام العقود وتنفیذها کان للشبکة العنکبوتیة او ما یسمى شبکة الانترنت دور کبیر سرع فی العملیة برمتها, حیث نتج عن هذا العدید من التساؤلات فیما یتعلق بالمعاملات الالکترونیة عن کیفیة ابرامها وحل المنازعات الناشئة عنها, فبرز هنا دور التحکیم الالکترونی کحل جذری لحل کل المنازعات الالکترونیة لما له من دور فعال فی مجال التجارة.
