التعلیق على الاحکام القضائیة عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعی (دراسة تحلیلیة مقارنة)

الملخص
تعد الاحکام القضائیة من أهم المراحل الاساسیة فی الدعوى المدنیة, ففی غیر حالة الطعن فی الاحکام نلاحظ فی الدوریات والمجلات القانونیة فقرة خاصة بالتعلیقات على الاحکام القضائیة, مهمة هذه الفقرة هی اظهار مزایا وعیوب الاحکام القضائیة الصادرة من کافة المحاکم بکافة درجاتها, وفی مجال التعلیق على الاحکام القضائیة ظهرت فی الوقت الحاضر ونتیجة للتطور الحاصل فی التواصل الالکترونی والتواصل الاجتماعی عبر الوسائل الالکترونیة المختلفة والمتنوعة صفحات خاصة بالتواصل الاجتماعی والمنتدیات القانونیة قیام اشخاص بمهمة التعلیق على الاحکام القضائیة قد یکونون غیر مختصین اساسا فی المجال القانونی مما یستوجب بیان اشکالیات هذا الوسیلة فی التعلیق على الاحکام القضائیة واقتراح حلول ومعالجات قانونیة بشأنها
