Abstract
The main objective of the present study is to determine the role of employee conscientiousness in enhancing organizational reputation. The study adopted a descriptive-analytic approach to interpret and analyze the data collected from the respondents. A questionnaire was used as the main instrument for collecting data from the rehabilitation sample. A total of 41 questionnaires were distributed to department heads in the study hospitals, all of which were returned and considered suitable for analysis, yielding a response rate of 100%. The researcher utilized SPSS statistical software for data analysis. The look at reached numerous conclusions, the most remarkable being that entrepreneurial intuition performs a giant function in improving organizational popularity, as perceived by using the take a look at members.
