Appeals and complaints
The procedure below applies to appeals of editorial decisions, complaints regarding process failures, such as long delays in handling papers, and concerns related to publication ethics. In the first instance, the complaint should be addressed to the Editor-in-Chief(s) responsible for the journal and/or the Editor who handled the paper. If they are the subject of the complaint, please contact the in-house publishing representative. (Please refer to the contacts page on the journal’s homepage.)
