The effect of two different intermittent training efforts on the maximum aerobic speed (VMA) of advanced soccer players
Abstract
The research aims to reveal the following: Knowing the effect of the two different efforts for intermittent training on the maximum air speed for advanced football players Comparing the effects of the two different efforts for intermittent training on the maximum air speed for advanced football players The researchers put the following hypotheses: There are statistically significant differences in the two different efforts for intermittent training in The maximum air speed of advanced football players for each of the two experimental groups, there are statistical differences in the two different efforts for intermittent training in the maximum air speed of advanced football players in the post-test and in favor of mixed intermittent training. The advanced football athlete, numbering (28) players, conducted tribal functional tests, then the intermittent training exercises were implemented, as the first experimental group implemented the mixed intermittent method, while the second experimental group implemented the intermittent running method, and the implementation of the experiment took (8) weeks During two medium cycles, with (8) minor cycles, and with a ripple of a pregnancy movement (3 .). : 1) In each intermediate course, with (3) training units per week, after which the researcher conducted post-functional tests. The data was statistically processed using the (SPSS) program, and the researcher reached the following conclusions: Mixed intermittent training exercises (strength - running) achieved a positive development in the maximum aerobic speed, and the intermittent training exercises (running) carried out by the second experimental group also achieved a positive development in the maximum aerobic speed. There was no statistical difference between the two groups in the maximum air speed
