Abstract

The current research aims at:1- Preparing a questionnaire for the high-performance work systems provided by the sports and school activities departments for their staff of sports technical supervisors.2- Getting to know the level of the high performance work systems provided by the sports and school activities departments for their staff from the sports technical supervisorsThe researchers used the descriptive approach in a survey method, and the research community was represented by (239) technical and sports supervisors working in the sports and school activity departments in Iraq. Preparing a questionnaire for the dimensions of high performance work systems represented (rewards and compensations, training and development, work teams, effective communication, participation in decision-making, performance evaluation, selection and appointment)). The percentage, the simple correlation, and the Kronbach coefficient. The researchers concluded the following:1- Reaching to prepare a questionnaire for the high performance work systems provided by the sports and school activity departments to their cadres of sports technical supervisors while verifying its effectiveness from their point of view.2- The sports and school activity departments use high-performance work systems at a high level from the point of view of the sports technical supervisors working in them that correspond to the dimensions of work teams, effective communication, participation in decision-making, selection and appointment
