Evaluating the organizational agility of the Iraqi Ministry of Youth and Sports from the point of view of its division directors
Abstract
The research aims to identify the level of organizational agility enjoyed by The Ministry of Youth and Sports from the point of view of its division directors, and the researchers used the descriptive scanning method, The study sample included (167) employees working as a divisional official at the headquarters of the Ministry of Youth and Sports The researchers prepared a questionnaire to measure organizational agility according to scientific procedures, which included four dimensions: (sensing agility, decision-making agility, practice agility, technology agility) And by (23) phrases distributed (5, 6, 5, 7) phrases, respectively, and to achieve the goal of the research, the data was treated statistically by the statistical program (SPSS), which is the percentage and the arithmetic mean. And the simple correlation coefficient and the Alfacronbach equation, the researchers concluded that the Iraqi Ministry of Youth and Sports enjoys good organizational agility through the emergence of most of its dimensions at a high level from the point of view of its people's officials, except for the dimension of agility in practice, which appeared at a medium level
