Abstract

Research goal to:- constructing a scale of administrative diseases for secondary school principals from the point of view of physical education teachers in secondary schools in the city of Mosul- Identifying the level of administrative diseases for secondary school principals in the city of MosulThe descriptive approach was used by the survey method. The construction samples (146) and the final application included (98) teachers, respectively, physical education teachers in secondary schools in the city of Mosul, distributed among middle, secondary, and preparatory schools. The data is statistically measured by means, standard deviation, simple correlation, Gittmann equation, and Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The researchers drew several conclusions, the most important of which areThe validity of the administrative disease scale for school principals, which was built by the researchers on middle, secondary, and middle schools in the city of Mosul.The degree of administrative illness for principals of middle, secondary, and middle schools in the city of Mosul is at a (very low) level.Accordingly, the researcher recommends:Applying the administrative disease scale to other samples in all departments, institutions, organizations, bodies, and unions. ?Enhancing the behavior of principals in dealing with teachers fairly and humanely and instilling confidence in them in light of the changing conditions experienced by schools in Iraq.
