Abstract

The goal of the research is to identify the statistical differences in the degree of the availability of vocational performance standards for physical education teachers in Nineveh Governorate from the point of view of teachers and supervisors specializing in. The descriptive, analytical approach was relied upon with its suitability with the research goal, and the research community included physical education teachers in the city of Mosul, where the community included (631) teachers for sports education. As for the research sample, the researchers chose the research sample in the random way and included (240) teachers and supervisors (200 ) A teacher of the final experience and (30) teachers for the exploratory experience as well as (10) specialists in a specialization that constitutes a percentage of (37.44%) of the research community and used the analysis of resources, questionnaire and the personal interview to collect data.
