Abstract

The research aims to reveal the differences in a number of basic skills for the players of the experimental group between the pre and post tests, and the differences in a number of basic skills for the players of the control group between the pre and post tests, and the differences in a number of basic skills between the experimental and control groups in the post test, and the researchers used the approach Experimental for its suitability and the nature of the research, and the experiment was carried out on a sample of (30) players of the Nineveh Sports Workers youth, and their ages (under 16) were divided into two groups (experimental and control) with (8) players for each group, after 4 were excluded. ) players, (2) players who did not complete the tests and (2) players for being goalkeepers, and homogeneity was achieved in the variables (age, height, and weight), and parity between the two research groups in the skill variables that were determined by the specialists. The experimental design called the random-choice control group design with pre- and post-test was adopted. The research procedures included the design of interactive agility exercises, which were applied to the experimental group, as well as conducting a number of The exploratory experiments were conducted to determine the exercises used as well as the appropriate intensity, as well as the appropriate repetitions and rest times for these exercises, after which the tribal skill tests were conducted, then the interactive agility exercises were implemented
