The researchers aim to:- constructing the adaptive perfectionism scale for the players of some sports clubs in Nineveh Governorate.- Identifying the degree of adaptive perfectionism among the players of some sports clubs in Nineveh Governorate. The researchers used the descriptive approach for its suitability and the nature of the research, while the research community consisted of players of some sports clubs in team games (football, volleyball, basketball) in Nineveh Governorate, as they were chosen deliberately. As for the research sample, it consisted of (270) players representing (13) clubs in Nineveh Governorate. The researchers used the adaptive perfectionism scale, which he built according to scientific foundations as a research tool. T) for two independent samples, Pearson correlation coefficient.As for the construction procedures, they are: (determining the dimensions of the scale, defining the method of drafting the paragraphs, and formulating the paragraphs of each dimension in its initial form, as well as adopting the scientific steps and procedures in building the scale, which include the validity of the content and the apparent validity of the scale and the validity of the construction represented by (statistical analysis of the paragraphs) in my style Extreme groups and internal consistency, half-segmentation method and Facronbach were used for stability
