استجابات بعض عوامل تخثر الدم في فترة استعادة الشفاء بعد الجهدين الفتري والمستمر لدى السباحين
الملخص
The responses of some blood coagulation factors in recovery period after to interval and continuous efforts for swimmers have been studied in thirteen (13) swimmers of Nineveh swimming team (20 ± 1.21 yrs) (68.6 ±7.90 kg),( 174 ±5.27cm) .The research samples were Subjected to interval and continuous efforts and to recovery period tests. The interval effort limited by free swimming style for (15) min for one set divided to three repetitions. The time of one repetition was (5) min and recovery period of (2.3o) min (Active rest), while the continuous effort includes continuous free style swimming for (15) min. The intensity of both efforts were (50%-60%) from the maximum heart rate. In addition , the intensity range was between (130 - 150) bpm. All tests were performed in ambient temperature between (24 – 26°), pool water temperature was between (27 - 28c), and humidity between (40 - 50). The researchers adopted the experimental methodology for its convenience with the research. He also used the test, measurement, and some medical and laboratory tools and devices. The studied coagulation factors are: (APTT), (PT), Platelet count, Fibrinogen level, and Bleeding time,. The data were treated statistically by using: arithmetic mean, standard deviation, T- test (dependant samples). The research has concluded significant increase in Activated Partial Thromboplastin Time (APTT), Platelet count, and Bleeding time in (1) hour recovery period after interval and continuous efforts , significant decrease in Fibrinogen level in (1) hour recovery period after interval and continuous efforts, significant increase in Prothrombin Time (PT) in (1) hour recovery period after interval effort, and The increase in bleeding time was observed in (1) hour recovery period after continuous effort was greatest than the increase in bleeding time observed in (1) hour recovery period after interval effort.
