Abstract

The current research aims:- Constructing a scale of cerebral control of football referees in Iraq- Developing standard levels of cerebral control measures for football referees in IraqThe researchers used the descriptive approach due to its suitability to the nature of the current research. The research community included football referees throughout Iraq. The research sample consisted of (160) first-class referees in the Iraqi Premier League. A set of conclusions:- A measure of cerebral control was built for the referees of the Iraqi Premier League in football.- Standard levels of brain dominance scale were established for the referees of the Iraqi Premier League in football- The pattern of cerebral control (B) the lower left part of the brain "the executive and organizational mental region is the dominant pattern of rulers with a rate of (29.032%), then it is followed by the pattern of cerebral control (A) the upper left part of the brain" with a rate of (27.655%).The researchers recommended the following:-Using the measure of brain dominance of the referees of the Iraqi Premier League in football to identify the dominant brain pattern.- Building a measure of brain control over the rulers of other activities.- Using the measure of brain control patterns to strengthen and develop the functions of the dominant side of the brain on the one hand and activating the functions of the non-dominant side on the other hand to achieve balanced development of the functions of both sides of the brain of football referees.
