The impact of (T.R.X) training on several physical variables in futsal female players
Abstract
The study aims to:
Identify the impact of resistance training (T.R.X) on several physical variables for the experimental sample between pre-and post-tests. To achieve the research objective, the researchers proposed the following hypothesis:
There are statistically significant differences in several physical variables for the experimental sample that used resistance training (T.R.X) between the pre-and post-tests. The researchers used the experimental method for its suitability and the nature of the research. The sample consisted of female players from the Al-Fattah Sports Club for futsal, the only club in Erbil Governorate for the year (2021-2022), with eight players representing 80% of the research community. Players whose results affected homogeneity and equality were excluded after conducting the measurements and tests determined by the specialists. The experimental design used was the one-group pre-test and post-test design. The research procedures included designing T.R.X training applied to the experimental sample using high-intensity interval training. Several exploratory trials were conducted to determine the exercises used in the training programandspecify the appropriate exercise intensity, repetitions, and rest times. The experiment was carried out over eight weeks, within two mesocycles, with eight micro cycles and a 3:1 load cycle in each mesocycle, with three weekly training units. The data was statistically processed using SPSS.
The researchers reached the following conclusions:
The resistance training (T.R.X) program implemented on the experimental sample positively impacted the studied variables
