Abstract

Rivers are among the most important natural resources owned by Lebanon, due to the Zionist ambitions, as Israel made great efforts to seize its waters. The Lebanese 1967-2002. Israel seeks to achieve security, strategic and economic goals, which affects the Lebanese national security, to provide an infrastructure suitable for new immigrants to live in, as well as to address the water scarcity that it faces, which causes an imbalance in the Israeli water balance, to prevent Lebanon from benefiting from the two rivers, and to save time and energy He himself is benefiting from electric power generation and high financial returns, which leads to the weakening of Lebanon and depriving it of its most important natural resources and thus confusing development plans that aim to create chaos in southern Lebanon .
