This research seeks to read the poetry of Muhammad bin Hazem Al-Bahily in the light of the concepts of cognitive pragmatics, and since the research adheres to a number of papers, we are satisfied with the concept of (interpretation) within cognitive pragmatics, and with the importance of this concept, but we will try to present all the competencies related to it within the concept of Interpretation and this concept is more closely related to the recipient and it is his responsibility to dig into the entity of the discourse, and probe its depths; In order to elicit its uniqueness and reveal its hidden meanings, he would arrive at the intention of the speaker as he wanted it, as he - the recipient - has to complete the speakers inferences.
