Abstract

The wars and military disputes always lead to harmful things, particularly for children who are weak in this issue because they cannot protect themselves and they rely on others. This article entitled: (the rights of children in wars between Islamic Jurisprudence and International Law) to illustrate the concept of Sharia and legal protection of children during wars in Islamic Sharia and International law. This article consists of three parts, firstly: it introduces the terms of right, child and war. Secondly: it speaks about the rights of child during wars in Islamic Sharia and International law. In the third part: it explains the mechanisms of protection childs right during wars in Islamic sharia and International Law. The article concluded with important results
