Abstract

This research - despite its small size - refers to important points, and shows the difference between the distant, close, and close fundamentalist rules, so that the student can see what is related to the deduction of rulings, nearness and distance from the evidence. It is looking for the introduction of knowledge and mentioning the many sayings of scholars about it, and mentioning the disagreement between them between those who enter into it in knowledge and those who leave it in it, and reconcile those sayings by defining what is meant and restricting their release so that it facilitates the interpretation of the ambiguous sayings about the introduction of knowledge, and reduces the gap between them. It searches for the psychological discourse in proof, inference, and discussion, and for the perfect eternal predicate ratio and distinguishing it from the ratio that is the meaning of the word. It refers to the eternal propositions and their divisions so that the concept includes the obligatory, the permissible and the abstaining, and that is either with a firm affirmation of an established and realized eternity and eternity, or with an obligatory affirmation of an obligatory for eternity and eternity, or with a firm affirmation of a constant that is destined for eternity and achieved in what is still.
