The popular folktale is a narrative verbal tradition that differs form other types of literature. Indeed, the Mosuli popular environment represents the source of this genre for its culture qualities . We have found them in two patterns by Nizar abdul Sattar and Ameer Ahmad. This paper, thus, tries to study the new popular folktale Which has been divided into two main parts, namely Sapace of the legendary-historic field and the transformational popular character, and Space of forming and creating his materials out of the popular Mosuli folk .
