The health condition was deteriorated in lraq in general and Badinan (the current governorate if Duhok area) in particular the region was suffering from lack of the health services and establishments . In addition to this the spread of diseases because of many reasons such as swambs ,mal nutrition , lack of simplest means for a healthy life the spread of poverty . with all these ,the governments neglect of providing different services needed for people . this paper sheds light on the health centers existed in the region and the spread of diseases in cities , countries and villages ,and governments procedures to contain the spread of these disease ,also the spread of folk and spiritual medicine due to the lack of doctors and hospitals during the era of the focus of paper.
