This research deals with the complete grammatical relations, i.e. the nominal and verbal clause and reason that obligate the speaker to leave the grammatical formation through delete a certain parts from the formation.This will lead the formation to give a rhetoric formation. In addition, we tackle in this research the effect of deleting a certain parts from the formation to produce the rhetoric formation and clarifying the relation between grammar and rhetoric through leaving the basis of the formation into another formation more accurate in conveying meaning
